NAME: Metal Clan
CLAN HISTORY: The iron clan started in Iron country it was made by a man named Sujia he had found a way to combine earth and lightning to make metal. He had 4 kids each kid had a different type of metal each with a different special ability the kids soon grew up and went to war the strongest of the 4 left to Konoha until the war ended years passed the bloodline had split into 4 stages Bronze, Iron, Steel and Titanium each become powerful in there own way but all Bronze, Iron, Steel had spread to Fire Country. While only titanium stayed in Iron country until one of the Them moved to Konoha but he moved back living a girl and a mom there. As he then had a Son in Iron Country. That history for the clan has been covered up by the Iron Country so little is known about there History These were the only ARCs to be discovered.

NAME OF KEKKEI GENKAI: Kinzoku /Metal Manipulation
KEKKEI GENKAI: It is able to bend metals and use them at there will but Lightning and Earth are required. It is bendable by using a way that move the molecules but still keeps strong it is built into the chakra of the user.
STAGES: There are 3 types of metals that user will choose at Chuunin Rank and One ultimate metal limited to few Highly skilled Jounin, ANBU, Missing Ninjas, and Kages. It is on a scale of one to 10.

Iron Stage Basics: This is the most flexible of the stages but is the second hardest to preform.
Special Ability: It can heat up and become extremely flexible and burn the skin. It also a Iron user has a extremely abnormal sense of direction.

Steel Stage:Is hard to bend it is the least flexible but it is second most strongest of the metals.
Special Ability: It is immune to A ranked jutsus and below that elements are Earth and Wind jutsus.

Bronze Stage: This is the most average metal it slides at normal at everything. But it is the easiest to preform. All lightning jutsus used against it are Absorbed
Special Ability: Electricity can be produce with its jutsus.

TYPE: Ninjutsus
ELEMENT: Titanium
DESCRIPTION: It protects the user in full body amour. The S rank jutsu is almost in penetrable. But it is useless against genjutsu but can block any Tajutsus but only for the S rank. Hand signs are need.

NAME: Titanium Wall
RANK: A
TYPE: Ninjutsus
ELEMENT: Titanium
DESCRIPTION: This brings up a Shield of Titanium that can protect the user from all A ranked jutsus. It shoots out of the ground. The user just has to concentrate and the wall will shoot up this takes 1 second to do.

NAME: Titanium Dragon
RANK: S
TYPE: Ninjutsu
ELEMENT: Titanium
DESCRIPTION: This brings up a large 15 foot dragon that is invencble to almost all A ranked jutsus and below. It attacks by shooting Titanium Bullets that can kill on contact which is a 10 feet round bullet. It takes up the Chakra of a A rank so many can be made. Hand signs are need.

NAME: Titanium Bullet
RANK: A
TYPE: Ninjutsu
ELEMENT: Titanium
DESCRIPTION: This Shoots a large bullet around 1 foot bullet at the enemy opponent. Many of these will be shot from the users moth. Hand signs are need.

EFFECTS ON USER: The draw backs are that it takes Lightning and Earth to preform which means genin can't use it. The only major draw back is that it use up your ability to mold other elements chakra but this would take a long period of 20 years to completely use up your ability to mold other elements chakra.[img][/img][img][/img]

make all of the immunities to jutsu weak against one type of jutsu, id say one of the ones that is part of the element...

titanium dragon cannot be an S rank and cost B rank, make it an A rank at maximum, and then lower the size by 10 feet...

make titanium bullets 1 foot long...

No one likes to type the rules out air tight, but it is a rule none the less.
