NAME: Kaiser
CLAN HISTORY: In the long history of Iwagakure, the Kaiser were probably one of the most revered clan. During the Great shinobi wars, the Kaiser often fought for the rights to build a stable village, and when other countries began popping up, the Kaisers go their way. The first Iwakage was a member of the Kaiser clan, Menifold Kaiser, was a great leader.
Menifold was a man for nothing but peace, and as such, he cut down the growth of ninja by limiting their skill categories, only allowing those genin who were equal to chuunin to become part of his small armada. He grouped them in an unusual pattern, squadrons of five, called geschwader, and had them basically patrol the borders of the massive Iwagakure and protect people from invading nin.
Menifold had very few enemies, though some of them had a bit of power. He was constantly attacked by assassins, and he was always under the protection of the strongest geschwader. Any assassin would stand no chance against the squad, much less him alone, except one. Death strode into Menifold's office one day and left him in the death of a fatal heart attack.
Iwagakure was left in an outrage. Many people led riots, trying to find whom the next person would be to seize the throne of Iwagakure. A person did though. He was another member of the Kaiser clan, and after hundreds of years for struggle, he seized the position for keeps. But he did not want his people to take his glory, for he was not the strongest fighter that ever was.
So he ordered his clan underground, and there he slaughtered most of them, and only a couple remained. Five, to be exact, one for each pathway. And he kept them underground, secretly waiting for an apprentice who would take his place. He then became the tyrann of Iwagakure, or the tyrant, and gave the people better lives as well as make most people ninja.

STAGES: Verstand: Control over opponent minds. By sending chakra into the enemy chakra system, much like genjutsu, the user can guide opponents. They do not have complete control over the opponents will, but the strength differs at ranks. At C rank, the target can be made to do anything that is a basic task, like leaving a room. Also at C rank, the user can destroy any memories that a person has with a simple touch to the forehead, for a maximum removal of ten minutes. At B rank, the target can be made to do anything that they would not do on an everyday schedule, like locking themselves in a room. Also at B rank, memories can be removed up to twenty minutes. At A rank, the target can be made to do anything, except something that would ham themselves. Also at A rank, memories can be removed up to an hour. After using the mind wipe, victims fall unconscious for thirty minutes. At S rank, the target can be commanded to do anything, even if it threatens them with danger. Also, the mind wipe can be used and remove five hours worth of memories, and the target being unconscious for an hour.
This system works much like genjutsu, and as such can be blocked by it using kai or physical pain.
Tier: Control over animals. The user can, in general control over the mind of un-dominant or intelligent animals, like Inuzuka hounds for example. At C rank, the user can control any land creature that is under three feet in length. At B rank, the user can control any land or ocean creature that is under five feet long. At A rank, the user can control any creature on land, sea, or aerial critter, as long as it is under ten feet in length. At S rank, the user can control any animal as long as it is under forty feet in length.
Holle: Control over deceased bodies. A rather obvious power, the user can use chakra like puppeteers to control and command the undead. These undead do not need to be humans, and can be deceased animals as well. At C rank, the user can control up to five dead bodies at one time. At B rank, the user can control up to ten bodies at one time. At A rank, the user can control up to 20 bodies at one time. At S rank, the user can control 30 bodies at one time. If the user is controlling the maximum for their rank, they cannot move until one post after they remove some undead puppets.
EFFECTS ON USER: Only one pathway can be chosen, and it can never be changed. It takes up the place as the users primary element, allowing the user only one general element. All users of this bloodline are at a 10% chakra handicap for their entire lives, and it can never be filled.
