Shin dresses in what ever he feels fits at the time. His build is lean but solid,ment for fluid gracefull motions. His eyes are entirely black and have been since birth. His hair and most anything els not really important fall to the way side. His face, though young, has a constant 5 o’Clock shadow. However, once angered the calm nihilistic look he gived off and that changes him drastically. His muscles are capable of slight expansion due to there condensed nature. His eyes also become different. From the power inside him he bursts capillaries in his eyes that form a ring of red in his eyes. This does not obstruct his vision.

RANK: (ANBU)/Special jounin.
ELEMENTS: Raiton, only ever.
SPECIALTIES: Ninjutsu/Taijutsu.
PRETTIEST SUNFLOWER: Normally when fighting Shin used about 30-40 percent of his power...but when he enters the thunder god state(Wicked pissed) he uses all of his power. While this doesn't seem like a big deal but hes a standard jounin at about 30-40%..with all of his power he is at very least Kage/S ranked.

PERSONALITY: Shin is…sparatic at best. Weather by choice or not. No one ever seems to feel like they know him. Maybe its his callus sense of humor or his bloodlust when in combat. Though if you ask anyone most would tell you its his elitist views that keep him from making friends. Being gifted and considered a prodigy by everyone has both alienated and made him a topic of interest. When he was younger he was cold and evasive, now he will randomly be talkative and friendly. To say you have Him understood is just plain wrong. Though no matter what he will be polite and respectfull and expects the same from everyone els. He is how ever very different when insulted.

His personality shifts to a much darker much eviler persona. For his age his killing intent is nearly unherd of. Another thing that throws people off. Since he is seemingly a normal happy calm person..His killing intent is best described as ..Ravenous.

HISTORY: ]{Genin Arc} He was a very special child,Held as prophetic amongst his clan. His white hair is the sign of the "great one". He became a genin at the age of 11 showing that he was a very gifted shinobi. His lateral kind of thinking has made him a favorite amongst the trainer jounins. He has a unique view on the word that he alone seems to share. Speaking in riddles that only he can seem to figure out,From time to time. Normally he is a blunt person. Seeing no reason to lie to someone that should be emotionless. His lack of tact has made him seem snobbier that he intents to be.

He was never officially assigned to a team rather being sent from team to team when members where down. When he had no team, He was trained by the Raikage himself. The man havening took a liking to the young mans blunt style. He admired him for having a unique view saying at one point "What's the point in everyone thinking the same.leaves no room for growth" Taking those words to heart he has stepped up his training with the Raikage. For the next 2 years Shin was trained in 2 things with one name. “Divine judgment”. It is one of the few juken styles of combat, focusing of the offensive defense. The training was intense and relentless. Shin was lucky, he had a natural gift for elemental recombination, allowing him to learn the jutsu early and make it reliable

{Chunin Arc} His training continued until the Raikage's death. He taught him the secrets of "Divine judgment" Setting shin on a mission to clean the world of the weak. It was also around this time Chin was allowed to join the Chunin exams. HE was given a team and a month to train with them. The 3 of them agreed to spend every moment with each other to make sure they can work as a team when the exams came. Turns out it was unnecessary. Shin was only 13 but he blew through the written exams by bluffing his way, answering only the elemental recombination questions, Correctly.

The rest of the exam was a cake walk for him. Using his combination of ninjutsu and Taijutsu to leave more than a few smoking bodies, though he did not kill any of them. In the semi finals his opponent was a Doton user. Shin had no choice but to fight not using any jutsu, which was hard. Tricking the other genin into blocking himself in with earth jutsu, defeating him with out even once laying a hand on him, save the kunai to his neck at the end. The finals where another story. He used every ounce of power against a uchiha from konoha. With a hard fought battle Shin ended up with the win, though only barely. Using cunning and raw power to win caught the attention of everyone, since the uchiha was the unspoken winner until Shin won. The upset was not lost on Shin, understanding luck had more to do with it than anything.

Passing the exams and being promoted only made him step up his training to the next level. At first he was just on regular B ranked missions with great success and minimal failure. On one specific and defining mission his squad was ambushed by a few missing nin who had banded together. His team fought bravely but in the end it was down to shin and the jounin. The 2 fought 3 of the 5 missing nin that remained. Shin found himself fighting in tandem with the jounin and with the experience he gained from missions and training he was able to formulate and relay a plan to his jounin with out a word. The jounin and shin acted in perfect unison to fulfill the plan, defeating the last of the group in one fell attack.

After hearing of this the new Raikage decided to promote Shin to anbu, where he really began to shine. His training came to another level when he figured out how to add to “Divine judgment. Practicing and implementing new jutsu and tactics on missions with great success.It was at around this time that Shin found out that he could not gain another element. He was fine with his element and at this point had nearly mastered lightning recombination.After a year in the anbu special ops, even leading a mission or two in a tight spot, Shin was promoted to jounin. Though when asked how the exam went, shin shakes his head and changes the topic. This is enough to let them know its best they not know.

Jounin arc:
For a while Shin was the model jounin. Smart strong but he had a will of his own that was, as some would say, odd. He started to act on whim, killing needlessly on missions then being mercifull to worse people than he has killed. He was becoming an issue that had to be looked at. From then on he was tailed and they saw that Shin never showed his true power unless he was training in private. Once reported of the true lethality of his skill and his unpredictable nature made him far too powerful a liability. Some say the Kage was getting worried since Shin was reportedly stronger than the Raikage. Shin knew he was stronger but he did not want a leadership role. He enjoyed the thrill of missions and adventure, the killing was a close second. For a year this went on. Him being watched and assigned low ranking missions that somehow turned out to be ambushed or assassination attemps. Which was fine, kept him sharp and grew his distain for weak minded people running weak villages. His mind started to poison his actions and soon he was openly defying the Kage.

Name: Divine judgment
Rank:C-S (Shin is at S as this is the only set of jutsu’s he trains in)
Type: Ninjutsu
Element:Lightning
Description: This jutsu uses no hand signs and is based entirely on Chakra control and elemental recombination. The user pools chakra into his hands and mixes it with lightning. The force of the lightning is contained in and around the hand, with arcs fluxuating between fingers. Upon contact shin can chose to release or confine the attack, though the later is painfull to him. When allowed the jutsu shoots out a powerful concentrated expulsion of lightning against the object. The fighting style based around this is considered juken for its lack of powerful punches and kicks and relies mostly on blocking incoming attacks.

This jutsu could be considered forbidden by some villages for the toll they take on the body. Due to the violent nature of the expulsion of chakra and lightning, it tears the muscle and tissue with every use. Shin having used it for a long time has holes in his hands, which he covers with wrappings, from this jutsu. Same with his feet, as these are the only parts of the body the jutsu can activate from. The effects are minor for shin now, more a numbing, familial pain he can deal wit. Though he does get medical attention to keep it from spreading.

Jutsu Name:Divine rush

Jutsu Description:Shin pools chakra into his legs and feet.When he chooses he can release a concintrated blast from his feet,With the intent of increasing his movement.He can release the chakra from each foot for a incredibly fast multi boost,Or he can simply use both feet to boot him self through the air.

Role-playing example of the jutsu in action:Shin was too far away from his enemy,He needed to close the gap,And fast.He just made a new jutsu that was for this use.His legs bursts into a violent storm of chakra as his feet explode with each step.With each explosion shin moves faster and faster towards his enemy.With one large blast from both of his feet shin is launched into the air.Shins legs take to spinning.Releasing blasts from his feet to change his direction in mid air.He still had very little control of his movements,But he could move.

Jutsu Name:Divine blades

Jutsu Description:Shin pools his arms with chakra,using them to manifest lighting through his finger tips.Then projecting the in the form of bolts.HE can choose to fire one from each finger or a large one from his whole hand.He uses them in wide arcs,sending what looks like blades of lightning towards his target


Role-playing example of the jutsu in action:Ass shin was waling through the earth territory,A ninja appeared to challenge him.Never one to turn down a challenge shin decided to use his new jutsu.Shin sent a flood of chakra through his arms.Holding the chakra in place he made a few hand seals and his arms started to crackle and humm with a violent electrical current.

The other ninja ran at him,Spinning his kama and chain with an impress amount of speed.Shin saw this and a giant lightning conductor.Shin started to slide his arms forward with incredible speed.As the reached the front of him,The shot out a one foot wide dolt of curved lighting,Then another from his other arm.The 2 bolts collided with the kami that was spinning in the air.Sending the other ninja flying as his body smoked and twitched.

Jutsu Name:Divine wrath
Jutsu Description: Pushing Chakra out of his hands he is able to create either one large ball of Chakra or 2 smaller balls of chakra. These balls are thrown,When thrown there speed is double that of the throwers thrength. When contact is made the ball explodes with the same force as "Divine judgment". The range is with in site,There is a small degree of controle while the ball is in the air.

Role-playing example of the jutsu in action: As shin's body started to give way to the numerous long ranged attacks,He knew what he had to do. He clasped his hands together and inbetween them a large ball fo chakra started to form as his hands parted. The ball was a white lightning storm in a controlled space,From just the look.

Shin threw the ball into the air and then did a back flip as fast as possible and kicks the ball at the opponent. When the kick makes contact the ball rushes towards the enemy with more speed that even shin could keep track of.

As the ball makes contact,A large explosion can be seen as the enemy ninja is electrocuted and chard.His body smoking lifelessly on the ground.

Jutsu Name:Divine protection
Jutsu Description:This jutsu is a defensively offensive jutsu. The user has to be standing still for this to work. The user pushes chakra from his entire body. IT then domes over him to protect him from any attack.The jutsu remains as long as he holds his position.

Role-playing example of the jutsu in action:The jutsu was finished and to test it Shin asked a Jounin for help. After a bit of convincing the jounin agreed to help him. The request was for him to use a powerful long ranged jutsu. The idea being that his new jutsu would protect him.

The jounin with out hesitation called forth a powerful fire dragon from his hands. The fire dragon writhed towards Shin with incredible speed. The heat from its body made the area around it shimmer in waves.As it came rushing towards him,Shin smiled.

He slammed his hands together in a single hand sign.From seemingly ever place on his body a Wave of chakra bursts out.Though its not an explosion,Its more a graceful lift from the body. The chakra formed a done around him and seemed to simply stay in place.

Just as the jutsu was finished the roaring fire dragon crashed into it.The flames splintered as it made contact.Sending flames streaking all over and eventually engulfing the entire dome. A the flames finally died down,The ground was smoky and covered in scorch marks.The dome however was perfectly fine,As was the area inside.

Jutsu Name: Bolt of judgment
Jutsu Description: Shin can hold or throw a long bolt of lightning. When held it can be used like a sword,Though not solid.Either held or thrown the result is the same on contact. The bolt of lightning shatters and slam into the target with dozens of smaller bolts of lightning. As of now the longest Shin can make it is 4 feet, with a dozen smaller bolts per foot that makes this Justu turn into 48 smaller bolts when shattered.He cam make up to 6 bolts of four feet before he can't use this anymore.

Role-playing example of the jutsu in action: Shin jumped from the highest branches of a tree above his new opponent.As he reached the apex of his jump his hands started to crackle as chakra formed into a bolt of lightning. When he threw the lightning both and hit the other ninja. The bolt splintered into 48 other smaller bolts and bombarded the ninja.
