| Hi btw Jounin is closed for Konoha and you can't have 3 tomoe shargin with out a reason not sure but i would ask Z it might not even matter you might be a Genin if you go to Konoha | |

| I just know my guy is a Uchia and he cant start out with 3 Tomoe and also Soki the head admin said it was closed she said she accepted the last JOunin for konoha who was Kija sometime back you can be a genin | |
